RULE 33 - LATE PAYMENT FEE
Late Payment Fee
The conditions of the "Late Payment Fee" in force for payments not made in due time*.
The deadline for applying the fee will be 5 days.
For all payment made after the 5th day of due date 6% will be charged on the due amount for the delay.
A minimum fee of USD100.00 will be applicable.
In addition, as from the 15th day without proof of payment,
a penalty of 1% will be applied in monthly basis until the effective payment of debt.
*Export loading freight prepaid: on the Bill of Lading issuance date/vessel departure date
Import loading freight collect: on the vessel arrival date
