RULE 34 - LATE DOCUMENTATION FEE
Late Documentation Fee
In order to comply with U.S. Customs regulations
governing the use of the Automated Export System (AES) pre-filing for U.S. Export cargo documentation,
Shiplane Transport must employ a strict “No Doc No Load” policy which includes a Late Documentation Fee.
The late documentation fee is $200.00 per container.
This fee will only be assessed if documents are submitted to Shiplane Transport after the documentation cut off
or if the submitted documents do not include a valid ITN number or exemption statement.
