RULE 32 - DISPOSAL OF ABANDONED CARGO
Disposal of Abandoned Cargo
In case that cargo is not picked up after 21 days of arrival,
Customs will consider it as abandoned.
In this case Merchant is responsible for all accrued
storage charges plus the destruction charges.
Destruction charges amount to USD 3000.00 per 20 Foot Container
and USD 4000.00 per 40 Foot Container.
